Making Winter History

Maj. Robert Burnham, the New Hampshire National Guard state biathlon coordinator, is coined by Maj. Gen. David Mikolaities, the Adjutant General, New Hampshire, for the team's third place finish as a team overall at the 47th Annual Chief of the National Guard Bureau Biathlon March 17, 2023 in Concord, New Hampshire.
