157th ARW Units

The 157th Air Refueling Wing is made up of hard working men and women; working everyday to keep our communities and our nation safe.

Our Units:

157th Operations Group

The 157th Operations Group conducts flight operations for the 157th Air Refueling Wing. 

 It is comprised of the New Hampshire Air National Guard's 133rd Air Refueling Squadron and the U.S. Air Force 64th Air Refueling Squadron.

The 157th ARW flies the KC-46A aerial refueling platform, operating out of Pease Air National Guard Base, N.H. Its mission is to support the  Air Mobility Command directed Global Reach mission.

The 157 ARW and the N.H. ANG are proud to be at the forefront of our Nation's Defense. We pride ourselves on being able to provide aerial refueling support anytime, in almost any conditions and in every theater of operations around the globe.

157th Medical Group

The primary mission of the 157th Medical Group is to train all personnel to maintain the highest proficiency in all phases of medical readiness.  This includes but is not limited to, training members of the clinic in our peacetime and wartime tasking.  Additional quality training for the members technical and specialty requirements are performed as prescribed by Air Force and Air National Guard Directives.  Additionally the 157th Medical Group supports the overall mission of the New Hampshire Air National guard by providing quality medical services in support of the 157th Air Refueling Wing and the State of New Hampshire.  These services include general medicine, aerospace medicine, dental examinations and evaluation, military public health, bioenvironmental engineering services, promoting programs for good health and monitoring the well being of all members of the group.

157th Mission Support Group

The 157th Mission Support Group comprises all support services to the 157th Air Refueling Wing. Its mission is to provide services essential to sustain day-to-day mission capability and readiness.
