Colonel Brown was assigned to the 157th Medical Group as Medical Group Commander starting 1 July 2021.
Col Brown was raised in and currently resides in Milton, MA. He joined the 104th Medical Group, Barnes, Massachusetts Air National Guard as a physical therapist in 2003 and managed programs including fitness and urine analysis. In 2010 Col Brown changed corps from biomedical science corps to medical service corps. From 2014 to 2019 Col Brown was on active duty orders as the Regional Medical Plans Officer for FEMA Region 1. Col Brown has deployed multiple times for domestic responses as the medical subject matter expert. He has served on as the Medical Group Medical Readiness Officer, Wing Inspection Team member and as the Chief- Health Administrator prior to transferring to the 157th Medical Group. Col Brown is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executive and is the Executive Director for a large independent support senior housing organization.
