GOLDWATER AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Ariz. -- Colonel Patrick Donaldson, commander, 161st Air Refueling Wing, Goldwater Air National Guard Base, Phoenix, accepts the key to KC-135 Stratotanker 57-1419 from Colonel John Pogorek, commander, 157th Air Refueling Wing, Pease Air National Guard Base, N.H., March 24, 2019.
