PEASE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, N.H — Lt. Col. Jim Ryan, 133rd Air refueling Squadron commander, presents Col. Nicole L. Desilets-Bixler with a model KC-135 Stratotanker during her retirement ceremony in Building 264 here, June 8, 2014.
