Wing Commander Given Ceremonial Cordon
Colonel Richard P. Martell, 157th Air Refueling Wing Commander walks through a ceremonial cordon during the annual Commanders Call at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire on December 6, 2009. Col. Martell has been the Wing Commander since 2001 and will be succeeded by Col. Paul Hutchinson in January 2010. The cordon was conducted by members of the N.H.A.N.G.
