64th Air Refueling Squadron Activates at Pease

Leist, symbolizing Lt. Col. Leist's assumption of command of the 64th ARS. Lt. Col. Leist's assumption of command coincides with the activation of the 64th ARS at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire, on October 2nd, 2009. The 64th ARS is collocated with the 157th Air Refueling Wing at Pease ANGB, but is assigned to headquarters 22nd OPG, McConnell AFB, KS.
