NCO awarded $10,000 for money saving IDEA
Tech. Sgt. Frank Stephens was awarded $10,000 through the IDEA program for discovering a way to repair a KC-135 Stratotanker cowling support rod for 26 cents. His IDEA saved the Air Force an estimated $81,729.38 in the first year.
