General John Stark Award presented
PEASE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, N.H. – Colonel Paul Hutchinson, 157th Air Refueling Wing commander, discusses the many environmental-friendly features of the new 157th Operations Group building to Brad Bowman, the senior military legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte, during a visit to the base June 27. During the visit, N.H. Army National Guard Lt. Col. Roy Hunter, president of the National Guard Association of N.H., presented Bowman the General John Stark Award. Bowman was instrumental in the 157 ARW obtaining funding for the Deployment Cycle Support – Care Coordination Program and the wing’s quest to receive the KC-46A refueling tanker while in his role as senior military legislative lead to the senator.
