Colonel promotion
PEASE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, N.H. -- Colonel Jed. J. French is the Joint Judge Advocate for the N.H. National Guard, Joint Forces Headquarters. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1983 and served in the Calvary along the border with East and West Germany.
