Col. Ryan Retires after 30 Years of Service
The children of Col. James P. Ryan, retired 157th Air Refueling Wing commander, spray him with champagne and fire extinguishers, part of the aviator's tradition known as the fini-flight, on Feb. 23, 2018 at Pease Air National Guard Base, N.H.
