Lizotte earns Lowry Award

Lizotte was named the Lowry Award winner upon graduation from the Introductory Officer Course at the Air Force’s Judge Advocate General’s School, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., in December 2019. The Lowry Award is named in honor of U.S. Air Force Maj. Robert L. Lowry, an Air Force judge advocate who was shot and killed in 1993 while safeguarding clients and staff from a gunman in the 21st Air Force legal office at McGuire Air Force Base.
