Staff Sgt. Mary Lux, boom operator, 133d Air Refueling Squadron, 157th Air Refueling Wing, New Hampshire Air National Guard, works the phones at a N.H. Employment Security call center at the Richard M. Flynn Fire Academy in Concord, April 2, 2020.
