N.H. Air National Guard Judge Advocate named Lowry Award winner

1st Lt. Andrew Lizotte was named the Lowry Award winner upon graduation from the Introductory Officer Course at the Air Force’s Judge Advocate General’s School, Maxwell Air Force Base, Ala., in December 2019.
