    In April, recognized globally as Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, airmen and civilians at Pease Air National Guard Base participated in initiatives to shed light on the issue of sexual assault. Events hosted on base included a 5k race, and the start of a new survivor initiative called Project Unbreakable.
  • Guardian of the Wing: Rice to retire after 16 years at Pease

    In 2002, the senior staff at Pease Air National Guard Base hired a contractor as the manager for the Airmen and Family Readiness Program. They may not have known at the time but her perseverance and dedication to the program would create a silent force at Pease that is one of the most-respected A&FRP in the nation. Due to her driving passion, the wing has been able to fund and support a program that has touched every single member of this unit in some way or another.

  • Maintainers to McConnell for Maintenance Training Summit

    The Pease Program Integration Office is preparing airmen for the arrival of the new refueler, the KC-46A Pegasus. The fifth KC-46A Pegasus Maintenance Training Summit was held at McConnell Air Force Base last week to establish future training timelines for the KC-46A enterprise, focusing on the aircraft maintainers who will be working directly with the aircraft. Members of Pease Air National Guard Base, McConnell AFB, Altus AFB, Tinker AFB, the Air Education and Training Command, Air Mobility Command, the Special Programs Office and the National Guard Bureau attended the summit.
  • Col. Ryan to retire after 30 years of service

    Under cover of Hangar 254, here, mid-afternoon light streaming through the windows, with a KC-135 Stratotanker staged behind him, Col. James "Jim" P. Ryan celebrated his more than 30-year career with family, friends and generations of Wingmen in front of him on April 7, 2018.
  • Second Annual SAAPM 5K Road Race

    The Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Team hosted the second annual Sexual Assault and Awareness Prevention Month (SAAPM) 5k Road Race on April 8, 2018 at Pease Air National Guard Base, New Hampshire.
  • Selfless Act, Big Impact

    The 157th Civil Engineer Squadron gave thanks to the students of McClelland Elementary School, Portsmouth Christian Academy, and the Garrison Elementary School, during ceremonies held at each school on March 27, 2018 and then on March 30, 2018, for their support while the Airmen were deployed to the Middle East over the last holiday season.
  • Resume Workshop Offered

    The 157th Air Refueling Wing Airman and Family Readiness Program here is scheduled to offer two free resume workshops for military members, veterans and their spouses during the month of March.
